I online ordered from NurseryLive (which is actually an online plant store) on **th May ****, And my order no. #VKL********. It's now a month that the product is still in pending. They do not answer their customer support number. I had conversations on mail regarding my order after ** days(when my order was still not confirmed by nurseryLive and not in transit). They first said they will refund my money and after some days they changed the status in transit and then replied that the can not be cancelled. They literally harasses a customer. It's been a month that my product is not delivered.
