I bought a samsung mobile (prepaid of Rs ****) in emi from amazon on **nd may **** and I was to get the delivery on **th may but I have not got. I called also I sent mail to amazon about this fact. Then I saw in my amazon account that the product will be deliver on *nd june **** but then also I did not get my product. After calling and sending emails several times to amazon I just got satisfactory conversation and mails. Till I have not received my product. All the conversations with amazon cust care are recorded in my mobile although all mails which were sent by amazon are saved in my account for evidence.
