I saw the advertisement of Keve shop app on Facebook. I browsed the app and found interesting products hence I did purchase * shirts and one shoe on ** Feb ** at **:**. I did receive a confirmation email from Keve shop mentioning order reference number ****.
The order hasn't been delivered yet and no updates on the shippment. Kindly check this on priority and help me to process refund from Keve shop.
