I wanted to purchase a metal invertor trolley for the invertor in my home. I came across a website online i.e. www.skmetals.com. I contacted them through WhatsApp number which was available on the website. They told me that the product which I am searching is available. Then he told me to transfer money to his firm's bank account directly as cash on delivery is not available. I transferred the amount. He told me that in * days your product will get dispatched but It has been ** days the product is not yet dispatched. I want your help
