I ordered shoes worth ₹*** from aldrado.com on **th December **** and after placing my order I came to know that there is order confirmation received via email. Also there is no any way to track my order. However, I waited for some days and then find only email support@aldrado.com to sent a complain email but didn't heard back. There is no any other medium to contact the company, that's ridiculous. After some days, I dropped four emails, intervals of two or three days but still didn't receive any response back. The only thing i received after placing order is a order number via mail that is *****. Now I believe this is a totally fake company. I need my money back.
