An order was placed for delivery of internet connection on *th June with payment of INR **** done in advance, which was eventually delivered on **nd June after several followups.
On the same day i.e., **nd June an another order was placed with payment done in advance of INR ****/- for delivery of a wifi router. Till date the router is not delivered rendering the internet service unusable for me.
As a consequence i am unable to perform my day to day online activities & missing critical communications.
I have chased them on a daily basis with several followups with their service team with no effect.
I have also escalated the matters several times to their so called nodal officer, however all i get is a response saying bear with us. They provide no date of delivery nor they process a refund.
