I have ordered a ** GB pen drive of cost Rs. *** from PayTm Mall on **th May **** by paying price in advanced. I expected delivery of my order is on **th may by Ecom express but neither courier boy calls me nor they delivered my item. On **th may onwards I have called * times to paytm customer care executive but they not resolved my problem. I have also contacted Ecom express customer executive but they did not properly respond.
