- Package not delivered ^Open

My mail id was shortlisted by times tropical as I purchased something from Paytm app. I was awarded a holiday package worth Rs. **** along with a gift voucher from which I choose Samsung smart led tv with an assured guarantee to deliver the gift voucher within * days from the date of purchase i.e. *th May ****. The gift voucher was to be delivered by **th of May but was not delivered. Also if the Paytm was to be made by Paytm app then a **% discount was also availed by the company. After * days when I tried calling the company on the provided number on companies website then they didn't respond and knowing the reason why I have called the call was disconnected. Moreover, the number provided by the company website keeps on changing after every *-* days. The number on which I have paid the amount is registered on Paytm as Times Tropical.
