I have ordered a product online through a website called caseitup.in. Before placing the order I talked to the support and they replied all the queries and once the order is placed they stop replying. I researched online regarding this website and WhatsApp number they are using for support. I came across some complaints on Google linking to the same guy named Chintan Mehta who was earlier using Pynkvilla brand name and fooling the people. There are so many peoples are the victim of this online fraud. This guy promotes its products through Instagram and fools the people. The main thing is this guy is collecting the payment through online payment methods and still he is not been caught despite this all illegal activities and still his website is live.
