I have not yet received my order. I intend to file a formal complaint and pursue appropriate action against Xpressbee due to the significant inconvenience this has caused. The lack of urgency is particularly concerning, as I am scheduled to travel out of Mumbai in two days and still await delivery. This situation reflects poorly on Xpressbee, and I will escalate the matter to consumer court if my financial investment is compromised.
Please consider this a formal warning.
