I placed an order from Ditch The Guilt Chocolate for ₹***, but the package was never delivered. Despite waiting beyond the expected delivery time and trying to contact customer support multiple times, I did not receive any proper response or resolution. The payment was successfully made, but I neither received the product nor any refund. This caused inconvenience, wasted time, and financial loss. I request a full refund and appropriate action against the company for poor service and non-delivery of the order.
