I ordered the products on **th March ****. Shiprocket (the delivery service) sent me a text on **rd March, saying they have picked up the order and will.deliver it on **th March, ****.
Still haven't received the order. Mailed Osom's customer care. No response.
Checked with Shiprocket, and they informed me that the seller (Osom Wear) has cancelled the order. No refund issued. And no response when I mail them or call them.
