and paid via UPI. Although I received order confirmation, the product has not been delivered and no shipping details were provided. The seller is unresponsive on email, calls, and Instagram, and refund requests have been ignored. Multiple similar complaints indicate a pattern of fraud. I have filed complaints with my bank, cybercrime portal, and consumer forum, but no resolution has been received.
