I placed an order for a pair of shoes from ZAYDN Sneakers Private Limited on **-*-**, and the payment of ₹**** was successfully completed via GPAY.

However, even after more than two weeks, I have not received the product. The order status is still shown as “processing,” and no tracking details have been provided.

I have made multiple attempts to contact the company through calls and messages. Every time, I am given vague responses such as “we will update you later,” but no actual resolution is provided. In many instances, my calls are not answered, and my concerns are being deliberately ignored.

This behavior clearly indicates negligence and possible unfair trade practice. The company has failed to deliver the product within a reasonable time and has also failed to provide a refund or proper customer support.
