I had placed my order ( # Order no - *******) with myflowertree.com to deliver flowers on Valentines day - **th Feb,****. They did'nt deliver it & deceived me saying delivery was attempted but failed to deliver. I followed up with them but there was no response from their end. I mailed them,called them but no revert. They cancelled the order on **th Feb, **** & credited the amount in the digital wallet/store, which I declined to accept & asked them to refund in the source account. There has been no communication from their end.
