I was about to receive consignment form my office. The consignment was out for delivery on July **th and later I received a message saying it is delivered. I never received a call from delivery agent not I received my consignment. I have raised multiple tickets through email to DTDC to which they simply closed the tickets saying it is delivered. I went to nearby DTDC office but they gave improper response that they do not know who did delivery on that day and have no idea of the consignment. I seriously want to take necessary action against this irresponsible behaviour of DTDC Hafeezpet branch
