I placed a prepaid order on the website getsetwear.in but after the payment, I only received an order confirmation. There has been no shipping update or further communication since then. I tried contacting their support via email and phone but received no response. The website is not providing any reliable customer service. I suspect this could be a fraud/scam website. Please help me get a refund.
