The consignment (DEL*********) has not been delivered to the party till date and was handed over to Professional courier office in the month of Mar'**.
Now since the packet seems to be lost, I claim the refund amount of **** (* ladies handbags worth ₹**** each). Acknowledge and respond ASAP. Packet screenshot attached.
