I had ordered a Manchester United retro kit (customizable) on **th August. On **th September I received an email from Shiprocket saying that my order has been packed and is ready to be picked. I opened the tracking ID on **st October and it was showing that my order has been CANCELLED, I contacted the customer support of footballmonk through the email ID given on their website but they reply. I hope this complaint reaches them.
