I ordered a product from Myntra on *nd June ****. The product reached Ecom Express Hub at **th June ****. It was out for delivery after * days from reaching their office. It was out for delivery at **th June **** and i received SMS in **th June **** *:**am saying that it was out for delivery and it will be delivered by their delivery agent named JENET and provided with phone number to call. I waited until the end of the day and there was no delivery attempt and i did not receive any phone calls or notifications. Since they did not deliver my product. They marked as Undelivered on **th June **** **:**am midnight. I went to their office to collect my package on **th June **** but when i reached their office, it was closed and all the gate was locked. They did not respect the customer who spend money and play with their package. This kind of service is unbareable and it was an act of disrespect against the customers. I request to take legal actions and i want my product to be delivered without any further delay.
