I had placed an order through Indiacakes website to deliver a cake to Bihar on **.**.****. The delivery date was **.**.****. On the date of the delivery they emailed me in the morning that since the delivery place is afr from their centre, they will need an extra Rs. *** for delivery. I made the extra payment through the link provided. I emailed them several times during the day on the status of the order. However, there was hardly any response. Then finally they said that the order can't be delivered because its location is too far. In that case why did they charge extra Rs *** from me? They are also not willing to provide a refund. They are saying that only a coupon will be given that too after a week or so. Please provide resolution.
