COMAPANY NAME: ADITYA BIRLA LASHION AND RETAIL LIMITED

I am writing this email to express my dissatisfaction with the recent orders I placed on the e-commerce website - https://www.abfrl.com/ on **/**/**** and **/**/****. I have not received the products that were listed in my order, and I am disappointed with the service provided by the company.

Here are the details of my order:

According to the tracking information provided by the delivery company, the package was marked as delivered on **/**/****. However, I would like to emphasize that I have not received the package at the specified delivery address. I have thoroughly checked with the building security guard, but there is no sign of the delivered products.

I have already contacted the delivery company to report this issue, but their response has been unsatisfactory. They insist that the package has been delivered and imply that the responsibility lies with the e-commerce company. This situation is causing me immense distress and inconvenience, as I have paid for products that I have yet to receive.

Also, I'm attaching all the call recordings with ABFRL Customer Support and Delivery Agency as a proof of all interactions I had with them.

Also, I would like to mention that the one product i.e., Men Black Slim Fit Solid Full Sleeves Formal Shirt was successfully delivered to me by delivery boy Mr. Nagendra (**********), hence, would request you not hold him responsible for the missing of the parcel.

I insist on receiving a full refund for my purchase. Additionally, I expect to be adequately compensated for the inconvenience and disappointment I have experienced due to this mishap.

Please acknowledge my complaint. I trust that you understand the urgency and gravity of this matter and will take immediate action to resolve it.

Given the circumstances, I expect a prompt resolution to this matter. I kindly request your immediate attention and intervention in this matter.
