Hi
I ordered spare part for my Mahindra Thar from Boodmo site and was given a delivery date of *days. Subsequently I received shipment tracking details of Ecom express.
So far thrice they have updated the status that “attempted delivery but undelivered” with a reason that “address not locatable and addressee not reachable”.
It’s absurd and I feel they are faking as I stay in a fairly prime location and always available at home and my phone has never been out of network and have not missed any calls.
I researched and got to know that some of the vendors when they don’t have the item in stock they still take the order and keep updating fake tracking numbers in cohesion with the courier agency and keep pushing the delivery dates till such a time either the customer gives up and forgets or delivery at their behest of item availability.
I smell all around scam. Let me put out a grievance to consumer forum against both Boodmo and Ecom express and see what happens.
I have the order number and order and payment confirmation details with me.
