I ordered a product on ** February **** by paying an amount of *** through my debit card. I got a confirmation message about the booking of the product. After * days I have mailed to the customer care through mail my mail about the shipment of the product the replied that I will receive it very soon. After that, they didn't give any reply for my emails the number provided by them is always either busy or out of coverage area. Please help me.
