I have a prepaid order from this site and it's been almost three months and still no updates about the order.... It's not how much money is paid it's about service and trust I even tried to contact the customer care and emailed them but now their website is not working .... I am worried that my money is wasted.... And for the evidence my order number is **** and i don't know what to do

I didnt recieve any sms or mail as said by them abt my order..i have tried to reach them but to no avail...their gmail doesn't work ..the phone number in their site leads straight to voicemail..i never get replies from them...

Karat vogue site claimed that they would supply free samples for there promotion. I ordered * samples and paid the shipping charge of ** rupees. But didnt get the order yet.. I think it was about one month since i have ordered it....
