I have been following up with them since last ** days about my parcel, I have written to them * times and they didn't had any idea where my package was. They never gave me any status update, and suddenly on **th Oct they tell that my parcel has been delivered. I never received my parcel, never received any call from courier. They have lost my package and giving me fake status updates that my parcel has been delivered. It had a food item that must have been rotten by now, and I want it to be compensated. Kindly intervene. Thank you.
