Dear sir/mam,
THE PARCEL B******** WAS VALUABLE TO ME AND WAS BOOKED ON ** JUN **. I HAVE BEEN PLEADING FOR ABOUT ** TIMES SINCE WEEKS AND ITS WAS PAST THEIR PROMISED MAXIMUM DELIVERY TIME OF ** DAYS.
DTDC'S CUSTOMER TEAM IS CONVENIENTLY JUST IGNORING MY MESSAGES STRAIGHT. MY PACKAGE IS NOWHERE TO BE FOUND AFTER LAST BEING DUMPED AT CHENNAI ON ** JULY **,
NO STATUS UPDATE ON WEBSITE AND AFTER LYING TO ME INITIALLY, NO ONE FROM DTDC IS EVEN RESPONDING TO ME NOW.
I HAVE LOST HOPE THAT THIS FRAUD SERVICE WILL FINALLY TAKE SOME ACTION TO TRACE MY PACKAGE AND I MAY ASSUME THAT DTDC HAS CHEATED ME. AFTER FACING LOSS AND HARASSMENT FROM THEM, I AM FORCED TO PUT THIS MATTER INTO THE NOTICE OF CONSUMER COURT FOR NECESSARY ACTION.
