- Package not delivered ^Open

Sir / Madam,
I ordered for LT *** XL Ink Cartidge for HP Officejet Printer * nos. consisting of colour Black, Cyan Yellow and Magenta on **.*.****, **.** PM for which payment had been made. My Order No. was **-**-******. The Order included one Serial Key for a PC Antivirus, which I received through E-Mail in time. But till today I have not received the other * items. I have sent E-Mail to them for several times to know about the delivery of the items and requested them to refund the amount paid if not possible to deliver. But there was no response from their end. I even tried to contact them through Phone Nos. provided by them. But all the lines remain busy always. I inquired on the Courier Service Office (DTDC) here in my town Biswanath Chariali, through which they were about to send the items and the Courier persons here told that they are receiving well all other items from Mumbai. Then why they have not sent my items. I am enclosing herewith the screenshot of the order and copy of my Credit Card Statement. I am running a small business of Computer Printing but now for their negligence my business is hampering so much. So, I want the items delivered and if not, to get back the money I have paid for.
