I had ordered a rose bouquet on ** may and paid upfront RS ***. Delivery was scheduled for ** may morning for a specific occasion.
But didn't receive the delivery and neither I am able to reach their customer executive for any updates.
Feeling cheated by these people also the occasion was completely ruined.
I need refund.
