I had handed over my consignment to Global India express on **-**-**** from Delhi to Columbia, USA, they had promised to deliver the courier in *-** days, however there is no update regarding the whereabouts of my consignment.
They have been sending fake emails with wrong updates stating that the consignment has reached the USA, on our investigation we have discovered that it is still in possession of the shipper at Frankfurt, Germany.
I have incurred heavy loss of business and my good will.
I am facing embarrassment and mental agony as they have no updates regarding my shipment and are constantly telling lies about our consignment .
They are constantly misbehaving with us and are not giving the right update.
