I ordered a raincoat at seasonkart.com on **th October ****. They sent a receipt via email which said that my order has been confirmed and the delivery will be completed within *-* working days and I'll be updated regularly about the delivery process. * days passed and I didn't received any updates regarding my order, so I called the number given at their site (**********). They said that they haven't received the payment, I told them that the amount was debited from my account * days ago. They told me to wait as the payment will be cleared in a day or two and they will initiate the delivery process only after receiving the payment. In our next conversation I was told that they have received the payment but product will be delivered via indian postal service. Then I our next conversation they told that the delivery was delayed for * days due to government holidays for Dussehra. Then on Monday I asked for the tracking ID of the product, they said that send it through WhatsApp. Today they are not answering my calls, I tried to check their site but it gives a message which says " this account has been suspended, contact your hosting provider for more information" and I have not received the tracking ID for my order.
I need help.
