I had ordered a laptop from flipkart.com on **th October during sale. It was supposed to be delivered on **th October.
Today is **th October and still nothing has been delivered.
Now, the back end team from Flipkart is continuously calling me and insisting me to cancel my order and place another one. The new order is costing me * to * thousand rupees more. Because I placed this order on flipkart, I missed offers on other sites also.
Reason given by them is that they are not getting any update from their team ?? If they are not getting update from thair team, why should they call me, they should talk to their team and get the update.
Flipkart is running FAKE offers on their website and is not able to honour the deal.
I want either the item to be delivered as promised or flipkart to be severely punished for misguiding customers and then later harassing them with unwanted calls.
