I placed order via Lenskart India (https://www.lenskart.com) for my Specs via website on **th October .
Lenskart Website & courier company records are showing they delivered by consignment worth ***** Rs to an address which is completely wrong.
When I started to chase them, every day they are coming with a vague reply.
Neither they can track the package, nor they are ready to re-order or refund.
