I HAVE BOOKED A SHIPMENT THROUGH EKART LOGISTICS VIDE AWB: BGSC**********. THE SHIPMENT HAD BEEN INITIATED OUT FOR DELIVERED BUT IT WAS MARKED UNDELIVERED & RTO. I HAD TRIED CONTACTING EKART CUSTOMER SERVICE BUT I COULD NOT FIND ANY PROPER CONTACT NUMBER OR EMAIL ID TO RAISE TICKET TO GET THE SHIPMENT DELIVERED. I WOULD REQUEST YOU TO HELP ME GET THE SHIPMENT DELIVERED AS SOON POSSIBLE AND STOP RTO.
