I have placed order for earbuds on **th June and it was expected to be delivered on ** june but till now I have not received. In between on deriver from Amazon shipping called me for address and told me that he will deliver tomorrow but he never came to deliver I have tried many times to call him .now on the tracking they showing that they attempted * time for delivery but only * time driver contacted me and now the order is sent. Back to seller but I have not received any refund not i can contact anyone for refund there is no contact for haaritu private limited on site when I purchased the earbuds through Paytm using some coupon they there they said this product is from.** store but it is actually from harittu trading private limited. So now I want my refund for the money which paid and not received the order please help.all amazon shipping and paytm are involved in this fraud and doing this fraud with many people please take action against
