- Package not delivered on time and not willing to refund ^Closed

Hey, I ordered a pair of bootcut cross jean from a thrift store called @cyb*rdrip worth rupees **** on the **th of September. I told them very specifically that I needed that package before the *th of December and told them more than once about the necessity of the same. This is because I get a winter break and will be going home for the same. They kept telling me they'd ship it and gave the excuse of celebrations occurring and ended up shipping my package through India post on the **th November. Obviously the package was in transit and is still stuck and hasn't reached me yet and I leave for home tomorrow. I was very polite to them when i started texting them in the beginning and it didn't work as they told me to "Stop pestering them" when i asked them if they had shipped my order. Later they promised me ( I have proof of the promise) and told me it'll reach me by the said date. Its *th of December today and it hasn't reached me and I told them that I would not collect the parcel which would mean it would get returned back to them, and then they can refund me the money. However they refuse to refund the money to me, stating its "policy to not do so" when this is clearly their fault and not mine. They told me to send them a new address for the package and I told them I didn't want it due to *) Too much delay in the process, its been * whole months and I purchased other pants of my own. *) Because in the process of being home I cannot receive the package as we're rarely home and might travel AND my mom wouldn't like me to purchase items to that address. They even harassed me by storying my concerns on their Instagram page and mocking me with unnecessary captions. Please help me get my money back, I am a student who's using her parent's hard earned money and doesn't deserve money laundering especially when I haven't done anything wrong. Thank you so much.
