- Package Not Delivered No Refund No Support ^Open

Sir, I've placed a Order value of Rs.***/-, even-though the company told me delivery was after one month i agreed to their terms and conditions and PAID total money, after a month i received a call from Blue-dart i told them my address awaits delivery but nothing received. I've called the blue-dart regarding the courier but they didn't pick the call next day i went there but its closed. i tried to contact them in following days someone picked phone and told courier was resent to the company. on hearing that i've sent a mail regarding the mischievous of Blue-dart but the company never replied. so i find their landline number via Facebook and called they told me to call a mobile number i tried to call that number but they disconnect my calls continuously. I've no idea what to do. Please take necessary action to protect innocent buyers. thanks you.
