I have ordered stationary of rupees ****/- on Belief Mart on **rd March. I was told that I will get the delivery in ** days. But now it is more than ** days passed and they didn't shipped my order also they are not paying me the refund by saying that your order is non-refundable and it will get deliver soon. They also don't pickup my phone. Only sending me text that it will deliver. Can you please help me and connect with the seller and try to find what is the issue. I have done many followup but still my order is not dispatched.
