I have ordered via amazon.in order number ***-*******-******* dated ** November ****.And after * days it was showing item delivered but I had not been received yet. I have made payment by credit card. I have communicated more than *** times to customer care, but not getting solution and no refund. I have also try to communicate with senior head of Amazon but care person not allowed to talk them and told the are busy at any time.
