I was assured that the parcel would be delivered by *th August ****, but it was not delivered on time. Later, on **th August ****, I requested a return of the shipment. Now, I am being misinformed that the parcel has already been “delivered,” whereas the recipient has not received the parcel at all.
This is a clear case of service failure and misleading updates. Due to this, I have suffered financial as well as mental inconvenience.
