I have sent a * KG of parcel from Jharkhand to Bangalore on **/**/****, Which has reached SR Nagar Branch, Bangalore on **/**/****. The status became out of delivery on **/**/**** and till now its the same as out of delivery. I have done a multiple follow-up and calls and even visited SR Nagar branch but they are saying that they have delivered it some wrong address and now they a searching for it. Its been * months they are still searching and now a days they are not even picking calls and if they pick call from other number they just disconnect saying they are searching for it. The SR Nagar, Bangalore guy whos name is Naresh(**********) is the worst guy. he only push the work and don't even do any efforts to find the parcel. This is the worst courier service I have experienced. Now i am looking for refund as I know they lost it. I have even made a video where Naresh is accepting that he lost the parcel. I will use that video to do a legal complain against him. Attaching the slip and todays online status of the parcel which is still out of delivery.
