- Package not delivered and cheated by Moglix.com ^Closed

I purchased an Exide **v ups battery online and made a payment of Rs. ***/- on Moglix.com on **-*-****. Today is *-*-**** and my order (number *******) has not been delivered till date. I was informed by Moglix.com that my order was shipped on **-*-**** via Gati couriers and they also provided me with a Docket/ Reference number (*********). As there was a delay in delivery of my order I tried to track the location of my order. I opened the Gati courier website and fed the docket/reference number in the box that was available. I have informed data regarding my parcel was not available with their server. I fed the docket number again and again with the same message appearing again and again. Annoyed, I wrote an Email to Gati courier providing them with the Docket/Reference number asking them to please help. I received a reply from them the same day that they have no knowledge of my parcel. I tried to contact many times to Moglix.com but there is no reply from them. Somehow I have a feeling that I was duped by a fraud company. I would like to have my money back at the earliest at the same time expose Moglix.com is a fraud company.
