The company has completely failed to deliver the items within their promised timeframe. Furthermore, they have cut off all communication. The last correspondence received from their support email (support@thecraze.in) was on * July ****. Since then, I have sent multiple follow-up emails tracking my order, but the merchant has completely ghosted me.
This is a clear case of online retail fraud, as multiple consumers online have reported the exact same behavior from this entity.
