I, Shamsher Kumar Singh, purchased a product (Front Center Cover Geny Gray Metallic WL NHA**M For Honda Activa) from partonwheels.com on **-**-**** (Order ID: ******).
Despite making full payment, the product has not been delivered. The seller initially assured shipment within **–** hours, but no tracking details have been provided till date.
I have made multiple attempts to contact the seller via email and WhatsApp, but there has been no proper response. I also filed a complaint with the National Consumer Helpline, but the issue remains unresolved.
This clearly amounts to deficiency in service and unfair trade practice.
Therefore, I humbly request you
Direct the opposite party to refund the full amount paid
Award compensation for mental harassment and inconvenience
Grant litigation costs
