On February **, ****, I placed an order for a pair of Adidas Adizero SL shoes (Order ID: DT*****OD) on the Dawntown website (dawntown.in) and paid the full amount of ₹**,*** upfront.
It has now been ** days since the order was confirmed. Despite the significant amount of time that has passed, the order status remains stuck at the "Confirmed" stage. There has been no progress toward shipping, and I have not received a tracking ID or any official update regarding the delay.
I have attempted to reach out to their support channels to resolve this, but there has been a complete lack of transparent communication regarding my shipment. As a customer, I have fulfilled my part of the transaction, but the company has failed to deliver the product or provide a timeline for delivery.
I am filing this complaint to seek an immediate resolution. I require either the immediate dispatch of my order with a valid tracking number or a full refund of ₹**,*** to my original payment method.
