I received an SMS on my phone from Montblac Instruments offering me a **% financial year end discount on their products sold online. I placed an order and paid through paytm on the **st of March ****. After a couple of days, I wrote to Montblac.com the official site to check if this company is associated with them and they categorically said that they are in no way associated with this company and they informed me that Montblac instruments are selling counterfeit products. I wrote back to Montblac instruments forwarding them the mail received from montblac.com and they said that they will refund only after I receive the products. I have not yet received the products and they have now stopped responding to my requests for the refund.
