I ordered a Swiss Beauty chrome stick eyeshadow for which I paid while ordering. This courier service kept on sending msgs that I am not available at my given address and hence they are unable to deliver. No one from the courier agency called at the provided contact number or alternative number. No one came to deliver ! And they kept on sending these msgs for */* days stating i wasnt available, after which I suddenly got a message from Swiss Beauty asking about my feedback for the delivered product! I was stumped. When I messaged back to the courier's whtsapp number, that where's the product, there was no answer. I called up their customer service which was answered by a robot. I didn't get the product, no money was refunded cos they showed the product as delivered. We waited * days at home expecting the delivery and they didn't even come to the address to deliver the product! They are running a scam operation and should immediately be reported to the authorities before they vanish products worth much more and get away with it.
