I paid for an international delivery to my sister in UK by **th Aug. The package is not yet delivered by the company. They are saying that I have provided wrong address and asked me to share address proof. I shared all documents and they are still saying address is wrong. The supervisors are not taking my call and customer care is closing my ticket with same response again and again. This is frustrating.
Ferns N Petal is a scam company. They have screwed up my delivery one time before as well.
Please help me to take legal action on this company and to get my refund.
