After placing my order on April **, **** - despite multiple attempts to contact the team both through email (info@naughtyme.com) and through instagram (@nm_itsinmydna) and subsequent responses that my delivery was delayed as a result of covid-** and will be shipped shortly, there has yet to be any indication of delivery or initiative from the team to resolve this issue, let alone issue a refund.
