I have dispatched **+* cartoon packages from Muscat-Oman to Surat-India through sea cargo under two dispatch slip.
We received only ** cartoon packages and missing * box still not deliver and following all the parties from Muscat/Kerala/Delhi/Surat
They are just telling me that POD is signed on ** but that is the mistake as they present two pages to sign
We notified all the parties and chasing them to locate and deliver but all in vain.
Request you to help me out as my daughter school original certificate in that box very much needed.
